I am a 56 year old woman who found LoCarb in March 2009 - whilst being stranded on vacation!
Hence the name Carb Tripper!
That - and I like The Beatles.
This blog helps me stay on track with losing a huge amount of weight.... and helps with keeping it off!

The lower, the better, it seems....
Times are changing - thank goodness - and we know more about diet and obesity than ever before. The time is coming when Saturated Fats will not be regarded as "evil," and Carbs will be looked at in a different light.
But, until that happy day, do your research, and see what works best for you!
