goodnight moon

I feel like a carnival person

But oh well - I  kinda like it!

I spent some time finding things,

And taking them home

Somethings you need... some I guess you just want

I mean... I guess you could sit there on the floor...
Looking around an empty cell...

My friends in real life and I
Have totally different views on "stuff"

Well..... they never really asked me what I thought about their stuff..
But they were happy to let me know what they thought about mine!

Odd. I guess it just accumulates.
I hope some happy couple can sit on this and sip coffee
Or tea - or whatever...
And just enjoy the day!

Smoking is a real bear!
And downsizing during moving is like 2 bears.

After I was sick last week,
I decided to just start Induction all over...
All that bread and wine you would think I was a Nun
Going to communion... lol...yep... lol...
And so far, so good!
I love how the cravings are gone...
When you stop eating that bad stuff

good bye stuff

FaceBook has this "TimeHop" feature.
You get to go back and see what you were doing
On that day - 1, 2, 3 or more years ago.

So, 4 years ago, I was sick.
And packing to move.
And I had just gotten a new phone.
And found some old friends on FB.
Same stuff, different year!

Imagine my surprise when I discovered that!
For here I am packing, moving, and sick!
And I have a new phone.

I have a new friend.

And many beautiful new things to surround me,
In my new place.

This product is nice because = bicarb and aspirin

For Better Or Worse
We have entered a new era in America.
May The Odds Be Ever In Your Favor.

I never realized how easily influenced I was.
I always thought I had pretty strong ideas.
I liked Obama, but I worked in a place where he was not welcomed.
That should have been my first hint to not work there.

Fear fear fear. It's all fear.
I think one of the keys to getting along now -
Is to just be kind. That's it.
Just be nice.

One more thing.
How in the hell world do we accumulate so much junk?
Don't you know it ends up in a box when you die?

Some poor family member says -
And here we think we have the nicest things in our homes.

Someone smart should come up with a plan
That helps family members sell things -
For an Estate Sale, Pre-state Sale,
DownSizing, Packing Granny Out...
They would be rich.
Alas... People want to Buy Low
And Sell High...
From what I have learned about Human Nature,
Good Luck With That!

time fly's

Hang Gliders over Lake Lewisville...
They had a fan operated device...
I hope they land as planned...

Fish at Pho One...
Let's hope they were not on the menu

Brisket and Ribeye Pho

 Shrimp Pho

Mexican Meat Market BBQ...
Made with Oregano...

Lots of rain and storms...

Lots of blue skies...

Lots of cold brew coffee with cream

Socks tell the story of who you really are..
Cuz no one sees them until there is a reason to do so....

And here is me...
Wearing a mask to I don't give or get
Germs..... that are not mine...

si tacuisses

Wow -

My Mac crashed hard and everything had to be reset.
All the pics... all the passwords... emails... texts...
Juicy love letters.... everything!
I lost about 10,000 pics as well. Just kidding....
It was more like 30,000! Time to find that cloud!

I am typing to you on a Dell keyboard
Somehow made backwards compatible
On my newly cleaned Mac.
Dude - I am getting another Air Book!
Hauling this big (but beautiful) albatross of a machine is for the birds.

So bread. What could be so bad about bread?
I had some at a Christmas party,
and my mouth broke out so bad I could not eat for a week.
(Although, technically, it did not stop me *per se*)

Even the low carb stuff is a bad rap. Lol. Bad Wrap... well....

My best guess is that when you do without something, like bread,
Your body loses the enzymes that it needs to make things work.
That, and really - bread is not intended for human consumption.

One of my first civilian hospital cases was ITP.
Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura.
And the patient's husband was a baker!
I just know in my heart that while most of us don't have full blown Celiac (etc) ...
Grains and Breads are such a mess... especially the ones with yeast. And sugars.

All that inflammation.... just adds insult to injuries.  So.

New year. New car. New job. New home.
And now, new Mac! Talk about wiping the slate clean!
And this Bath and Body Works Soap was half price.

More to come.... now that I have a Machine .... no looking back!
