Cabbage Steaks and 

Jalapeño Cheese Sausages 

And a Pilsner Urquell. 

I’m now ready to have no drinks

Not even on my day off. 

Roasted the Cabbage by cutting off wedges,

Drizzling with Butter, Garlic, and EVOO

Roast at 400° for 30 minutes. 

OMG. 

I did  some SF Pancake Syrup. 

So easy. You let the oven do the work. 

Rainy Day. 

Good day for a Road Trip. 

The Grand Dame 

Is coming back to life. 

For about a year I can’t tolerate water. 

I get sick when I drink City Water 

This small town had nothing a few years ago. 

Now they are getting Arby’s, 

Panda Express, and Starbucks. 

Amazing. 

And Pork Rinds. 
They now have fancy Pork Rinds 

At the local Ace Hardware Store.
