These wheat and rice based cultures.
I love the food
But I just can’t go there.
It’s a nice place to visit.
But I don’t ever want to live here.
Heartburn.
High blood glucose.
Headaches.
Not worth it. Not even a bite.
Sleep. You can tell when
someone walks through the house.
And when the first alarm went off.
