cancelled day


There ya go. 


Ate a hamburger on the way home. 
This is one hour PP 
And I ate the bun. 
I ate it all.
Trying some Protein Sparing. 
I’m also increasing my whey to 
100 grams a day. 
Total protein 150 grams. 
So about one gram of protein 
Per pound. 
For the wound on my leg 
that’s not healing.

Trisomy 18 Awareness Day.
