Went to neighborhood Xmas party last night - had One. Stinkin’. Drink & this AM I’m stumbling around w/a mild version of that familiar ol’ throbbing Hangover Headache. WTF?!? Fortunately it is mild & I trust w/copious hydration & a nice hot shower, I will put it behind me. But obviously No Mas Alcohol for me! (Val)
Yes. At. Certain point, it would be stupid to continue drinking when all the data (more than) suggests that your body doesn’t like it ... no matter how much your ego does.
