masterpiece monday


Take Sauerkraut 
Juice and all. 
Canned... bottled... no matter. 


Pork. 
This is Picnic Roast. 
Tenderloin would work. 
Anything. 


Seasoning. 
Use more than you think you should. 
This is Garlic, Onion, Italian Seasoning - 
All the usual suspects. 


Cover. 
Oven 250° for 4 hours. 




Edited To Add:
I ended up cooking it like 
10 hours at 200°F !
The house smells like Christmas!
