To fasting at work.
Summer vacation is
booked and paid for.
A simple hand out.
That’s how much nutrition
Most medical people get.
3 year ago flashback.
My vision has improved
On low carb.
So much so that now
That I only wear glasses
To drive.
And still no readers.
Tonight’s plans involve
Sleep. Followed by
More Sleep.
Then finish up with some
rest and sleep.
