what to eat

Typical.
Nothing here to eat.
Better get on to the store.

Two points.
I'm kidding!
Mom, I'm kidding!
Flirt-male

Valentines Day is just around the proverbial corner
Up in the air

Every flavor under the stars can be added to protein

And don't forget a nice pot o' tulips....
Just because....

Feeling much better today.....
Much better!
Now, to clean my way out of the mess!
Dishes, laundry, etc. etc.

Maybe back to work tomorrow.
My mind is more at ease, anyhow.
I planned out my vacation!
New Mexico, Arizona, California,  (LA)
Grand Canyon, and all over.
It can be done on a budget, too!

We'll see. It will be interesting, at any rate.
Hope your day is going great!

  1. Protein Fast is still going full-on!
Added a can of tuna tonight.
Just the tuna..... not the can!
I wasn't hungry enough for that!
    Almost! But not quite!

  2. The can offers essential minerals and metals. ; )

You really MUST be feeling better. Look at you balancing! Good thing you got some perk back in time to fill up that under-nourished fridge. :)

    And beddy time. Nitey.

  3. I have protein envy.
3 oz twice daily of meat, poultry or fish, plus what I get in dairy and regular foods

Yup, I have protein envy and I'm not even a low carber.

  7. I'm glad you are feeling better, though I hope you don't rush it, and still get lots of rest. But as a Nurse Extraordinaire, I know you know that. :-)

  8. Ah, yes! But Nurses are notorious for breaking the rules.
Or thinking they don't apply to me - per se!
(In other words, I already overdid it a wee little bit!)

  13. I think you said it all when you left a comment on my blog--"paradigm shift." It's hard to do, but necessary for personal growth. Glad you're feeling better.

  14. I'm almost tempted to say you should take some time off from blogging and truly rest yourself but I'm completely selfish so just disregard this comment.

Instead, I shall join the chorus and send you well wishes and speedy recovery :)
