I had a profound experience. 

The Serenity Prayer:

The past can’t be changed. 

Most depression comes from the past. 

The future is as unreal as the past

In that it is only an image. 

Moat anxiety comes from the future

So the only place we can even experience 

Is the present moment. 

Serenity to accept the past 

Courage to change the future

And Wisdom to stay centered

In the present moment. 

A Course In Miracles calls it 

The Holy Instant 

Where there is no fear. 

No past. No future. 

Only awareness of God’s 

Holiness- all encompassing 

Untouched by time. 

Unshaken by fear. 

Only Joy is here. 

The Gifts the Holy Spirit

Shares with us through Gods Creation. 

Wow. That was deep.

In the bathroom 

There are ants SO THICK

They’re falling from the ceiling. 

A couple of the bit me 

Like a dozen huge bites- 

And guess what!!!! 

It somehow cured my headache! 

Is that even possible? 

lol. The more we know -

The less we understand. 

What ever is wrong with me

Is also SUS with Blogger.
