So instead of staying up to do laundry,
I just bought more socks.
I’m going through socks
Like a crazy person.
I can’t keep up!
Must be all the hours I’m on my feet.
When I worked this many hours before,
I lived about a mile away from my case.
Plus I was 30.
They had an overhead lift
So no manual labor.
Plus I cooked at work
(I cooked for the family.)
Plus I was 30.
And even 40!
Although I am healthier now
Than when I was 40.
Or even 30!
