So easy. My own recipe. 

8 ounces mozzarella cheese

3 ounces cream cheese

1 egg

1 to 2 tablespoons almond flour 

Depending on how sticky they are. 

Add all the spice you can throw in

- garlic, onion, Italian seasonings-

Melt the cheeses “fat head” style 

60 seconds in the microwave 

Then add the egg et all. 

Shape and bake

350° for 20 minutes 

Or until they are done. 

Bet you eat them all!
