My fave Fall Recipe

Raw Egg Whites (Pasteurized - in a box)

Heavy Whipping Cream

Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Whatever you think fits,

I like a dash of Vanilla or Caramel Flavor, too

I use about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of each....

So there is plenty of good protein... and fat
