When I broke my leg 6 years ago,

I went to the RD (registered dietitian)

And told her about my weight loss 

On Atkins. She was unimpressed. 

In fact, both she and the knee doctor 

Were quick to point out

That I still looked obese. 

Although not morbidly obese. 

So- I’m glad to see it’s changing! 

The article says LC is up to 150 g/day

And that’s true- technically...

30 carbs per meal and 2 snacks. 

We know better. 

But it’s a start.
