Yum! I love lamb. It's kind of heavy - I don't like beef so I usually just eat chicken or turkey or fish - but it's a delicious way to change things up once in a while! I actualyl just got a lovely piece of local lamb at the farmers market, thinking about what to do with it! I'm thinking rotisserie with a rub of Greek spices!
Ooh, love acorn squash. I like to get little ones, wash it, and pop one whole into my tiniest crockpot. It perks all night, and the next day is soft and ready to cut open and nom on. :-)
Lamb chops.
ReplyDeleteAcorn squash.
Avocado.
Nom nom.
I heart Autumn!
