I love them all, but especially "we have a strategic plan, it's called doing things" and "never give up on something you can't go a day without thinking about." The second one I take as sort of a sign. Thanks, Anne, for the inspiration.
I like the one regarding running a mile in 4 minutes or 40 minutes...you still ran a mile! I was just creating a list of mini goals and my the first one I wrote down was "walk 2 miles without stopping" and as I reviewed my list, I thought to myself, "well that's kind of a pathetic goal" so I changed it to "walk a mile in under 10 minutes."
This little sign reminded me that I shouldn't be so hard on myself.
Making myself happy. Yep. This is a good one. Its all to easy to sabotage my goals with destructive actions. Thanks for this post--I really needed to read these quotes today. :-)
I like the last one...every single effort is changing your body from the inside
ReplyDeleteI like the first one and the last one, too!
ReplyDelete(I like them all, really!)
I run slow - but guess what? I'm a-runnin'!
