shrimp and soup

These are very pretty - no?
Wrapped 'em up and took 'em cold to work

And this lovely beauty

And some bone marrow broth-
I feel stronger every day
Just like the song. (link)
The iron might be kicking in.
But then again, Red Blood Cells have a life span of 100 to 120 days.
So it will take at least that long to get them all
on the new program. That would be -  APRIL, 2012.

Couple of years ago - the ornament was an ice cream bar.
This year - it's a fitness shoe.

Nearly 1400 calories. Good.
11 net carbs.... yuk - it was probably more because
the vitamins are made of "something" ...like a carb here or there.
So let's just call it 11 and be done.

Missed getting tickets to Les Miz....
Too busy in real Life to go play.
Took it pretty hard, actually...
I was looking forward to it.
These are called the Starlight Circle seats
at the Winspear Opera House in Dallas.
Only seats left, and a probably gone now, too.
I might just wait for the movie.
Russel Crowe, Hugh Jackman, and Anne Hathaway (link)
It can't be worse than what they did to Phantom.
And that turned out pretty good on film.

Off to work for a busy Holiday Weekend!
Hope yours is great!

  2. "Each of our passions, even love, has a stomach that must not be overloaded. We must in all things write the word finis in time; we must restrain ourselves, when it becomes urgent, draw the bolt on the appetite, play a fantasia on the violin, then break the strings with our own hand."

  5. I wish you were closer to Las Vegas so you could be one of the hospice nurses for my mom. My brother lives in Montana and he and I are hoping mom can get well enough to travel to Montana to a nursing home near him.

Are you working on Christmas too? I am not doing anything but have some things to get done at home. Mostly I am trying to get my back to stop the spasms.

Merry Christmas whatever you are doing. I know you spread cheer and joy wherever you go because you are always sending it to me.
