This Thermos kept my yummy Primal Stew
HOT for like 9 hours!
Ground Beef, Heart, Liver, Kidney, and Spleen.

And Onions! Lots of Broth.
Pretty good on such a cold day.

Back to work after a very long time of sitting on the couch.

I guess I need to start shopping for better quality meats. I eat a lot of chicken but it's not the best stuff.
