planning for 2012

  1. Good motivation, Anne. I need to get my butt moving. I am way too sedentary. It is hard to work around the disorder though to force myself into moving.

  2. You speak the truth, and I recognize that I had better get moving with more deliberate exercise. Also, I need to be more consistent with my food. The ups and downs in calories and sugars wreak havoc with my blood sugar. Time to get cracking!!

  4. Well you inspired me to kick it up this week. Interval walks, speed walks, weights and yoga are in scheduled in my week. Oh and I tried that stick with the shoulders trick and it's not easy :)
    Keeping inspiring me kiddo, I love it!!
