avert your gaze/ glaze

Take some Balsamic Vinegar
and some Splenda - one package

Reduce it -- Which means
cook it down till some of the liquid evaporates
Watch it - it burns fast!

Take some Fried Cheese -
all melty and gooey
This is Colby Jack, but any kind will do...

Cover one with the other....

Mortals - look away!

I can not be held responsible
for the effects of this recipe!

Might be Love at first sight.
Or first bite. Please, don't cry!

Either way, it is the start of something wonderful.

This is why LoCarb is my Weapon of Choice
in the Weight-Loss Arena

Honestly - this is the best thing
I have eaten in quite some time.
This Balsamic Reduction also makes
 a great glaze, or dip.
Care to share? Come on, there's plenty!
Enjoy!

Hope you day is one hot ooey-gooey mess of goodness!

  1. Hmmmm now that is one interesting recipe Anne. I don't like vinegar at all but I'm wondering if the splenda would make me like the taste. Trying to figure out what it must taste like. Sure wish I could share to find out *smile*. Don't know if I'm willing to buy a whole bottle of vinegar to find out though.

  15. I've been steering clear of the balsamic vinegar I got at Costco. In 1 Tablespoon, 2 g sugar and 2 g carbs.
