work out at work

What's for "lunge"?

Diddley- squat!

Life's a bridge

Planks alot!

Not as easy as it looks - back against the wall....
feet out a little for leverage.....
elbows to the wall - then slide the elbows up -
while keeping them against the wall.
Good for rotator cuff issues and frozen shoulder!
So they say!

Almost 100 degrees at almost 9 pm!
Better walk inside today.

Hope your day is a cool one!
Sending cool thoughts, I am!

  2. You're doing the hard stuff, Anne! High Five-- None of those moves are easy. Keep up the good work.

  4. Great stuff. You are making it look easy, but I know it's not. Planks are hard! Doing wonderful, Anne.

Will have to try that elbows up the wall exercise. That's the only one out of all you've shown that I've never heard of before.

  7. Planks are only hard on the hard floor. Where's your elbow cushion thingie?

Just so you know, I hopped up from my desk, leaned against the wall and tried the arm maneuver. It IS a little difficult to hold those elbows against the plaster, and I don't even have r.c. issues!

Have a most excellent day, Anne!

  9. Great form. I can barely do those moves and I pant like a puppy when I do. Need to get this middle aged bod in shape!
