Not as easy as it looks - back against the wall....
feet out a little for leverage.....
elbows to the wall - then slide the elbows up -
while keeping them against the wall.
Good for rotator cuff issues and frozen shoulder!
So they say!
Almost 100 degrees at almost 9 pm!
Better walk inside today.

Planks are only hard on the hard floor. Where's your elbow cushion thingie?
ReplyDeleteJust so you know, I hopped up from my desk, leaned against the wall and tried the arm maneuver. It IS a little difficult to hold those elbows against the plaster, and I don't even have r.c. issues!
