army test

What a puppy I was, eh?
This is from the "first" Gulf War...
A new graduate Nurse/ EMT!
My own stats from now, and one year ago.....
Still not done!
It's not a pin-point on a map... not an exact science.
I want/need to get my ass back in shape.
Now is the time! "Now" is always the time.
The big 50 is fast approaching! I want to be there for it.
It's not enough to just be cute and charming! (lol)
...............................................................................................
I am now within 5 pounds of being at my Army weight
of 134.  Most of the time, it was 136. (My bad!)
I was a wee bit "old" to go to basic training....28 at the time!
But I wanted it so bad - nothing would stop me.
Same thing now, just not so agressive.
Assertive, yes!  Just not "warped" about it.
"Slow and steady" as the cliche goes.
............................................................................

The Army Physical Fitness Calculator!
You can fill in the blanks, eh?
*Like anything else, this is just a tool.*
I ran the same measurements, but input my age as 50.
And it came back "good" instead of "fair."
Take it with a grain of NaCl !
...................................................................................................

.....................................................................................................
Monster w/protein x2 today
Coffee water and etc, Atkins bar
Salad w/ham, cheese, roasted tomato, onions
Balsamic vinegar w/evoo dressing
Got a wee little work-out in...
Thank-you-sergeant-can-I-have-another?
