Temptation is everywhere...
It's good to learn to say no....
Cuz we can't always avoid it!

A pile of ants... maybe?
Actual un-retouched Curb Cam!

A lovely sunset out in the "country"

Yummy Eggs Poaching

Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
with Dill Butter (KerryGold) Red Peppers, Onions,
And Dill Butter with Garlic!

A little serving of Bubbies SauerKraut! (link)
Has like 1 carb per half cup...
And is a Fermentable Carb.... (link)

Of COURSE you do!
It's like a Pre-Biotic.... or a Resistant Starch!

    1. Cast iron dutch oven.... Pyrex glass with eggs - and butter....
Don't forget the butter, or the eggs will stick and won't come out whole!
As they say - "There has got to be a beter way!"
      Still looking for it!

  12. I luuuuv sauerkraut!! I can't eat any kind of sweet, even one bite. It sends me over the edge into a binge. It is not all that bad saying no, when you know the alternative.

    2. I love sauerkraut.

Have you ever had kimchi, Korean fermented cabbage? It has a subtly spicy, gingery kick. I get it "mild". Very tasty. :) I buy it at the local grocery store; it's generally by the tofu and refridgerated salad dressings.
