I stayed pretty busy for over an hour.
400 meter run. Planks, bridges, squats, lunges,
weighted front squats, overhead presses, kb dead lifts...
And a thing I call Whimpering Pony Tables ....
But that's not the real name.
Lots of work with LaCross Balls tonight...
They work like a small foam roller - for whatever hurts.
When I was heavier, my little heart skipped every 3rd beat.
Nurse friends said it was a wonder I was on my feet.
And not in a box. So when I post that my heart still misses
occasionally, although it is much much better, people are funny.
They blame LoCarb. Like they think Dr Atkins died
from his own diet. Many people have heart issues,
AND weight issues. LoCarb helped me with both. (link)

Good calories... good carbs... today:
Avocado, macadamia nuts, cheese and protein mix today.
Not alot of cooking.
I mix the protein with green tea! It was great!
I also had some Knox Gelatin with green tea... hot. Yum!
Lots of people are going dark tomorrow from 8 am to 8 pm
in protest of the bill to pass SOPA and PIPA.
