rainy day

Flag came loose
Pretty windy lately

Heart Rate in CrossFit last night:
Max 166.... Avg 126.....
Good recovery for me!

My planks are suffering like succotash.
I think I need to do more than the bare minimum.
168 hours in a week.
2 hours in the gym.
There are several large blocks of time unaccounted for!
I could work out about an hour a day... and it would only help me!
I am not yet fully in the habit of walking every day.
Most days. But not Every. Single. Day.

Good advice... Many of us should learn to follow it!

Who is shrugging now?

From the Farmer's Market yesterday

This guy keeps showing up!
Knock knock, indeed

Just another rainy Day For Night in Dallas!
Plan on sleeping, cooking for the week,
getting the laundry done, and maybe work out!
Any big plans for today? Do tell!

  1. I'd rather walk the plank, than do a plank...I'm proud of you for sticking with it!

  4. Planks are tough!

It has been rainy and very windy! It sounded like cats screaming when the wind picked up. Very strange.

  6. There's never enough time in the day, but making more time for workouts ALWAYS pays off. Move more=lose more=be in better shape=happier and healthier you!

  7. Been for my walk. I made a rule... just about the only one I have. No walk, No computer. That gets me out first thing... haha!

While I'm only moderately low carb as yet I'm well into my 4th week wheat free and I've given up coffee for a time.

I need to study your omega 3 PUFA info etc I'm not confident I have a good EFA balance but that will come in good time.

    Blessings

  8. I need to figure out how to get one of those chickens to NV. Didn't have room last time I was home. Poor Harrison was filled to the brim with Julio's salsa & homegrown veggies.

Shhhh don't tell anyone I transported across state lines!
