brave new something

Who knows where these Ego Monsters ooze up from?

They just don't seem to die 

The worse kind of migraine -
is any kind. Stress - whatever.

It's worse for me than carbs!

So I fell asleep in my scrubs - right on the couch...
And slept about 20 hours...

Actually had a nice little Soma-cation.
Like in Brave New World
But just with Advil.

I had this look like I did when I was hurt...
Two black eyes - real tired.
Lots of broth for me!

Might be back to it in a day or two.
I'm ok... thanks everyone who asked after me!
You know it's bad when I don't blog about how bad it is!

  6. I was totally worried about you when you did not post.. Kind of been in a rut myself. My post that usually goes up in the morning just went up and it's nearly midnight! I just ate lots of low carb sweets so I'm kind of in a sweet-induced coma.

    Ego monsters can go munch on some toast... or something that will make them fat and cranky! lol

  9. Falling asleep on the couch is sometimes the best way to get sleep. Twenty hours of sleep must have been what your body needed. Interesting that when you most need the chicken soup you don't feel well enough to make it. I try to have chicken broth in the freezer so when I want soup I can make soup easily. Hope you have energy and strength and back to your healthy self soon.
