las vegas

A great way to see the strip!
Took a cab from end to end.

An upgrade to a great room with a great view!
What - are you kidding me?
No donuts for me! Thank you - thank you, very much...

I lost a dollar on a machine...
So I walked around instead - "people watching!"

Had lunch with a blog friend - JP
It was great!  Glamburger and SF cheesecake.
Just wonderful food and company!
Left my charger in Temecula -
Probably a metaphysical message there....
Have to wait to post it - need "recharged!"

Monster no protein...
Long day in the desert.
Windy here again w/snow on the ground.

Thanks for all your great comments, y'all!
Wish you were here!

  5. What a great view of Vegas!! Wish I was there. I'd be playing golf instead of gambling, but it would be fun!! Glad to see you've been having an awesome trip.

  6. I think 'people watching' would be my only reason for wanting to visit Las Vegas, although my in-laws absolutely love it there and are hankering to go back! Give me Montana any day! :o)

  7. I love people watching but have no desire to gamble, from watching CSI, I think that people watching would be amazing in Vegas. Thanks so much for sharing your trip with us - it truly feels like we are with you :)

  13. In being a diabetic
    the only thing I regret
    is the Krispy Kreme donut
    that I can not get!

    - Thanks for the Krispy Kreme pic Anne. Be careful out there in the Wild West.

  14. Kelly, I think Elvis had just left the building when I got there...

Tricia - my bad! I'll make it up to you next time, eh?

The cab driver thought it was a good idea, too!
The cab ride cost more than the hotel room!
And the room was only $25 a night at Circus Circus!
So I splurged a wee little bit.
