I had a wet butt at CrossFit
I had Cramp Horses all over yesterday
I ended up almost in tears.... and was all shaky
Came home - ate a salad - with tuna.
The tuna didn't have a salad... I did... with tuna on it!
Every time I read Taubes or Atkins I want to eat a salad!
Cut my hand at work - part of my campaign to have the worst week ever
And get it over with - for a year or so...wore gloves at CF....
But it didn't help - so what the heck.
Watching the clouds and the rain - The sky was so blue!

ReplyDeleteSorry about the truck leaks. We have a water heater leaking in our house. It is ruining the floor in the master closet. Dail is going to replace the heater tomorrow, I think.
