cleaning day

Did some cleaning today...
Had plenty of energy to spare -

The mostly protein drinks -
and one small meal regime -
is working out fine.

Among today's great combos were:
Chocolate covered cherry.
PB and chocolate.
Pumpkin Pie flav w/coconut flakes and PB2.

Construction workers must eat alot of sunflower seeds.
These are always nearby!

All in all - a quiet night -
Cross Fit was tuff tonight -
Sometimes it's all I can do to not walk out!
But I stay because I know it will get better.

I had some kind of rash on the small of my back -
It felt like little sharp pokes.
I took one for the team tonight!

25 days over 100 -
18 of them in a row.
7 more scheduled!
Ah- Life in Texas!

Hope your day is great!

  4. As much as I like summer weather I would imagine that many days in a row of 100 degree temps would be wearing. Of course, around here we aren't completely air-conditioned like places where it's warmer :-)

Why are you doing protein drinks and only 1 meal? I thought your weight was quite good now.
