Yummy wholesome breakfast snacks.
Nary a monster drink in sight.
Until later, that is!
Then, only half a can.
My "cutting back" plan is working!
Lunch
Ground beef, cabbage, water chestnuts,
and sesame oil, soy (I prefer tamari)
rice wine vinegar, fish sauce.
It all comes together to make this:
A video of me, cooking and wearing an apron -
An apron, for gosh sake!
How domesticated.
When the day starts like this,
what could go wrong?
Maybe things will work out ok, after all, eh?
Thanks for all your kind words about my spider bite yesterday...
Not really a problem, considering...
Thank you all.

Scrum , scrum , SCRUM! I've been craving chinese food lately. Theres this resturant right beside my apartment with lovely fragrances wafting out of it everyday. Why skip it when all we have to do is dump the rice and eggrolls? After this post, I'll be adding cabbage to my grocery list! Tanks anneh.

ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say that it's fun to follow you via your photos.
They're a clear, concise and entertaining way that makes me feel like I'm almost there. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!
Joanna J - The pink/red is just ground beef - no stumps involved!!
ReplyDeleteThe color needs a little "enhancing" in iPhoto, wouldn't you say?
And the stove - not mine! It IS a dream stove, though!
Your trained eye caught it!
JP - Ya'll ARE with me - all my blogger people are with me, all day, on my mind, and in my heart!
