Breakfast, Lunch, And Dinner
a "BLAND" diet....

instant coffee

sausage, hamburger,
green beans, with onions

and Monster Energy Drink +
protein mix for "dinner"

-no, I didn't eat crickets -
this is the sound they make

Cue the crickets video...

...Ain't complainin'....
Bland is good!

  5. Cinner - Green tea is a great substitute for lovin' - Much better than iced cappuccinos. At least for keeping with our goals, eh?
    The hamburger mix - there are about a thousand variations to try, so it really never gets boring. But it IS just about the same thing, most days.
