  1. Ah yes - it's all fun and games till some body gets hurt ....
No one talks about the numbers - but here it is!
The re-gain is so gradual... but still right there!

  3. Onward and downward! Doesn't look like working nights is good for you, glad you're back to days. Dr. Atkins saved so many of us. He doesn't get nearly the amount of credit he deserves! It's good people, like you, telling their stories that will keep his legacy alive.

  4. What you are doing is working - your clothes could fit two of you! Looking great, my friend.

  6. So glad for you that you caught that re-gain and said NO! It is always going to be a battle, isn't it? I lost 70 pounds and started putting a few back on...the next thing I knew, it was over 20. And it is No Fair because I have not returned to my former habits, just let a little here and a little there sneak in. I mean, it's not like I would eat bread! But chocolate...and popcorn...and a soft ice cream here and there...Anyway, congrats on your huge loss, and I admire your fight to get back to where you were. I am rooting for you, and thanks for sharing, I am encouraged to stay on track!
