the big sleep

So yes. I didn’t even get up 
Yesterday. I slept 20 hours. 
Not wine induced- lol. 
I kept falling asleep sitting up
So I just went back to bed.

  1. Oh, I hear you on the sleep thing. I have 16 kids, and I don't think I had proper sleep for like 25 years straight...the oldest was 22 and a half when the youngest was born...the youngest slept in our room until she was almost three...(we had to do so much moving around every time we moved a baby out of our room, like one of those little square plastic puzzle games, where you move the pieces around.). Anyway, waking up in the night, never catching up, day after day and month after month, for years....now, a good night's sleep is the APEX, the most appreciated, the most sought after....magnesium, potassium, fish oil, vitamins D+K2, zinc, quercitin with bromelain, apple cider vinegar, and sometimes...a little gummy with low dose gaba. Limit the coffee in the afternoon/evening, same with diet soda...stay away from the chocolate...drink tea to avoid the chocolate, and dang, have to pee all night...but a good night's sleep, ahhhh. I LOVE it when it happens...I also love those cats, the first pic, looks so ferocious! Cuties. Anyway, I wish you could just bank that sleep....
