When he found his forever home.
Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Soup
Cooked Chicken Snack Pack
Cat sunglasses.
Now the cat and I have matching
wigs and sunglasses.
An odd cycle appears every Christmas.
You can’t get a shift from November
Till late December. Then, suddenly,
There are no nurses.
And then, like clockwork,
They show back up-
if only to pay for Christmas.
So now - I have time off.
