giving notice

New coffee maker - a French Press
New whippy thing...
Some one said that I am in the Quintessential middle-aged
woman's "Red Phase"... and next it would be the "Purple Phase."
Maybe so - but I think I just like coffee!
I found this Bullet Proof Coffee that does not give me heartburn.
This guy (link) loves Coffee and hates Mold...
So he is my kind of guy!

Loved building a house, but hated the mold.
Very bad stuff - mold!
I actually bought a microscope and studied it.
But enough about mold.

This is the last of the Fat Bread...  (link)
Becky made it, and brought me some this past weekend.

Cooked is with KerryGold Garlic and Herb Butter.
One word: Wow!

Having some awesome Crustless Quiche

I gave my notice to move out from my little apartment.
The group home job is a GO!
My, that was quick!
I talked to my neighbors - who are my friends -
And discussed the pluses, and minuses....
So far there are no minuses - except that I will miss my neighbors!

I love living alone, but I also thrive in groups -
I loved my college dorm room... I loved the Army barracks....
I think a group setting is good for me socially.
Also, Geriatrics is a good fit for me.
My Dear Mother would have been 92 if she were alive.
I was raised in the company of older adults.

So yeah - every light is green for my move!
When I was heavier and sick,
My pulse was 30 and skipped every 3rd beat.
I was so weak and tired, I had to have a neighbor
Bring up my groceries... I could barely climb the steps -
Much less carry all that food!
So I basically came to these little apartments to die.
I thought I would end up in a home - or retirement "village"
After a few heart attacks or whatnot...
Well.... now, thanks to LoCarb, that is not my immediate fate!
Now that I am exploring the High Fat side of LoCarb,
I think it only gets better from here!
