cat astrophe

Ahhhh 

A morning off. 

I don’t go in till 10. 

Beats the heck out of leaving the house 

At 5 something. 

Blissful “me” time. 

But wait! 

With all the construction, 

And guys coming in and out ,

I’ll just keep the cats in my room. 

With me. We’ll cat nap.

It will be sweet. Cozy. 

This Joseph is an Opposite Cat. 

Whatever you want, he wants the opposite. 

This is right after he bit me, 

Tried to bite my new watch, 

Knocked all my stuff into the cat box, 

Tried to pee in my suitcase,

And then crawled to the end of the bed

And figured out how to turn the doorknob! 

He actually let himself out. 

Incredible. But true. 

Ok. Ok then. 

Back to work I reckon.
