4 years now

Fixed Dinner with a friend.
All kinds of things wrapped in bacon...
Bacon, Balsamic Vinegar, and EVOO

Made a Hella platter -
Red Peppers, Onions, Asparagus, Grilled Avocado...

Jalapeno Peppers stuffed with Cream Cheese - wrapped in bacon...
Some of it was crusted over with Parm Cheese

Wild Alaskan Coho Salmon
Dill-infused KerryGold Butter

Everyone was taking pics

Just now realized that I have been LC 4 years this week!
Due to that "horrid" snow storm so long ago! 
4 years is an education in the School of LC Hard Knocks.
Maybe I can finally go from Dunce - to Head of the Class.
At least move from the corner - to the front row!
*imagine a smiley face here*

Found myself in the awkward position of having no charger....
So I bought one.... for the road

Where the hell is my lanyard?
And my sunglasses?
Never mind - found 'em!

Here's to the next 4 years!
