More steaks?
Yes, please. 

Nearly 2 inches thick

I think we had a bag of shrimp per person. 






None for you. 
You get raw pork tenderloin. 


Over 80 degrees at 5:30 am. 


Got to work an hour early. 
I’m not sure how that can be. 
Sometimes there’s no traffic at all. 

So I walked. 
Nearly 2000 steps so far. 
My goal is to walk BID. 
Twice a day. 
And get a wee bit of UV
(Aka tanning bed) 
Before my vacation. 
Which is in exactly 3 weeks.

  1. You don't get a tan in the Texas heat?
    I was out hiking yesterday and my face and arms are so tanned...normally I burn so it's a bit wierd that they tanned. IT was HOT out!

  2. Oh my goodness, this looks so good! I'm just starting out on my fitness journey and not sure if this is something I could indulge in at the moment. *LOL.
    I have been big for most of my life and being an avid food lover, this is really torturous. I really need a diet plan that'll help in keeping my 'cravings' in check. I had been thinking of signing up with any effective online fitness courses that’ll help with providing diet plans and exercises to get myself going at this. I’ve gone through this particular review https://greatbigminds.com/best-diet-to-lose-belly-fat/ and it looks viable to me, though I am still not certain if it’s as easy as it sounds. Would definitely appreciate a second opinion if you think this is something I could commit into or better yet you can recommend one that I could possible look into.
