Since I was so sick 

I stuck with tea. 

This is Vermicelli Rice Spring Roll. 


“Vermicelli” meaning “Little Worms”

Because the rice is pressed into long strands. 

I can do rice with no glucose spike. 

Miso Soup. 

I skipped the tofu. 


The gals had Sushi and Sashimi. 

Did I just say “gals”? 

Hmmmmph. 


And all kinds of good stuff. 

The California roll with Salmon, 

YellowFin and Makeral.
