micro walking


Threw up liquid in the night. 
That’s no good. 
I need to dry fast at night. 
From about 6 pm on. 


A few times, I walked 10,000 steps. 
Like on vacation- a rare event. 
It looks like with my MicroWalks
I can increase by leaps and bounds! 


7 MicroBurst Walks. 
Each 5 to 12 minutes. 
I walked around the house. 




That’s one whole hour of walking
I would have missed out on. 


Hibiscus Tea 
Very refreshing for Summer. 
Plus, it reduces cortisol. 
So I have some in the late afternoon. 







I have a new philosophy. 
Just accept it. 
Whatever “it” is. 
It’s very Zen.
