In the past few days,

2 or 3 different friends 

Spontaneously woke up 

from COVID Era Brain Fog

And decided to make a correction. 

One is doing years of back taxes. 

One is looking at AliBaba to start a business. 

And me - I’m learning about investing. 

Fasting is great. 

You save about an hour a day

Or more 

For food prep and eating. 

At least, in theory. 

Typical Dallas traffic. 

LA has turnouts every few miles. 

For wrecks and if you need to pull over. 

Dallas has no such thing. 

We’re lucky to even have a shoulder 

On the side of the road. 

Last hour I opted to stay in bed. 

And watch YouTube videos. 

The Energy sector is low. 

I wonder if the algorithm knows I’m fasting? 

I seldom get to closes all my rings. 

Back to doing quick walks around the house. 

But you have to balance that with longer walks. 

Or you’ll get use to microbursts-

And be tired after 5 minutes.

Deep breath during potty breaks.

Fast breathing, sharp inhale

Slow breathing, deep exhale

(Like a sigh) for the ParaSympathetic.

The first web was “read only.”

You went to a website and read what they had. 

But you couldn’t really interact. 

Maybe you could click a link. 

Remember trying to download a song? 

It took like 10 minutes. 

And you’d better hope the phone didn’t ring. 

Lol. Kick you right off. 

Web 2 is like Facebook and YouTube. 

Suddenly we can read and write content. 

Anyone can chime in. Instantly. 

Like this blog! 

Now comes Web 3. 

You can own things 

That have value - only because we agree 

That it does. In reality, it doesn’t even exist. 

BitCoin is Virtual Money. 

It doesn’t really even exist. 

But when you think about it, 

The same is true with paper money. 

It only has value because we all agree it does. 

There’s no gold to back it up. 

Fiat money.
