slippery slope

Halloween is just around the corner. 
You know what that means! 
Constant parties till New Years. 
Coming soon to a plate near you. 
Be ready! 
Get in good habits now -
 to make it easier later! 

Or else- 
Kapow - die! 

I walk in the morning 6 days out of 7. 
I’ll be adding gym time 
Later this week. 
And back to stricter fasting. 

It’s no fun to get up early every day.
...but it’s worse to feel bad 
And wish you had. 

Besides. Look at this beautiful sky. 

Might even get to take a little walk
At work. Pushing a wheelchair 
Is a workout as well!
