frozen steak

Pepper Poppers for Sherri

Just add Cream Cheese and wrap with Bacon

Like this - 

Here are some Bacon-wrapped Asparagus - us

Add some Parmesan Cheese .... mmm
Cook at 350 for 45 min (or until done)

Frozen Steak?

Just sear it (frozen) and put it in the oven (still frozen)
At 275 (F) for 20 minutes.... 

Add some sautéed Mushrooms and Onions

Really good and easy!

Comes out perfect every time

    1. Yes! 275 degrees F... for about 20 minutes... after you sear it in a bit of EVOO...
      One of the best steaks I have ever had.
      I think it would work with all kinds of foods...

  3. Who eats this way for Saturday lunch?? I do, when I'm with Carb Tripper. Thanks, Anne. I wouldn't have believed the 275 for 20 minutes on the steak either if I hadn't seen it for myself. Perfectly done to about medium, I would say. Delicious meal.
