ReplyDeleteSure - three GREAT meals a day! And only the carbs count in here... keep them at or below 20 for induction phase!
DeleteI am paraphrasing here.... but Atkins once said that his diet plan is not about Rabbit Food and meals that leave you hungrier than before you ate them... imagine a big juicy steak - or chicken breast - and a crisp green salad - or summer veggies! Nothing too restrictive about that! Just real food that is real good!
ok, I am doing this!!! after 4 years together in this blog world I am trying life your way! LOL I just got back from the store, cheese, eggs, ground bison, bacon, mayonnaise ... I am going to give it ALL of January... I will weigh on 2/1/2014 and we will see what we see... or don't see derp
ReplyDeleteGood choice - it takes some people just a few days to see changes ... me - not so lucky! It takes me a good 2 weeks to get into and stay in Ketosis - the happy fat-burning place!
