    1. Sure - three GREAT meals a day! And only the carbs count in here... keep them at or below 20 for induction phase!

      I am paraphrasing here.... but Atkins once said that his diet plan is not about Rabbit Food and meals that leave you hungrier than before you ate them... imagine a big juicy steak - or chicken breast - and a crisp green salad - or summer veggies! Nothing too restrictive about that! Just real food that is real good!

  10. ok, I am doing this!!! after 4 years together in this blog world I am trying life your way! LOL I just got back from the store, cheese, eggs, ground bison, bacon, mayonnaise ... I am going to give it ALL of January... I will weigh on 2/1/2014 and we will see what we see... or don't see derp

    1. Good choice - it takes some people just a few days to see changes ... me - not so lucky! It takes me a good 2 weeks to get into and stay in Ketosis - the happy fat-burning place!
      Cutting carbs never really hurts - no matter what plan you are on!

  11. Losing weight shouldn't be as hard as many people try to make it. People who are desperate to achieve weight loss are often prone to take more risks. The only reason most people fail in their fitness goals is that they have good intentions at first to adopt a new lifestyle, yet after a few weeks or months, they abandon their good intentions and slip right back into their old bad habits that gave them the excess body fat in the first place.
