anxious days

Not sure if its working nights or what
Not working out is just not working out for me

Maybe all kinds of things
Having a hard job is not easy, either!

Got these shopping bags
To help me get organized

However - I know it is a state of mind
That I have yet to achieve totally

Cold and foggy

At least I have good Protein

This is me, keeping myself calmed down by listening to Music
This is a rough Induction Phase for me.
No wine, no nothing.
Ok. A few more days like this and then we'll see!
I am sure it will be ok.

  1. You can do it! Take extra Vitamin D3 to help get through these dreary days.

  3. Same problem here, Anne but you know I have other issues anyway. I'm very anxious and irritable without my carbs. I haven't manage to break the addiction yet. Hang in there, my friend. I'm thinking of you.

  4. Thanks for sharing the back to induction struggle- you're a hero to me (and many more) and for people just getting into this or back serious high fat/low-carbing it helps to watch a successful 'veteran' get into it for 2014.

  5. I feel your pain. After a month of carbs (on the cruise, and then the holidays), it has taken me a while to get back into the carb-free zone. It doesn't normally cause me anxiety in the beginning, I am just really bitchy. :-) But it has been worth it, even though I am getting over a cold, my state of mind is really good.
