And they dismissed me as a patient.
Almost 6 months after my
Time in the hospital.
Last blooms of summer.
Grill n the day.
Brisket Burgers.
And Hatch Sausages.
And Coleslaw.
And homemade Yogurt.
With SF Chocolate Syrup.
Farm Eggs
Beer for kidney stones
2009.
When I started Low Carb.
I lost tons of weight right away.
About 50 pounds the first 6 months.
Then 50 more pounds
The next 6 months.
I’ve maintained my weight loss
For 12 years now.
More or less.
Even with a broken leg.
And maybe (probably) COVID-19.
So how now? To maintain?
