eating a candy bar

  1. I check mine too before I eat carbs. It's torture sometimes.

  2. You're so right Anne-It's not worth dying for! My BFF is in the hospital dying. A decade ago we both had the beginnings of bad health issues. I changed my diet...she didn't! I got healthier. Nuff said!

Hope you cheer up. Choco Perfection bars are very good for chocolate cravings & in a pinch Hershey's Special Dark Sugar Free work too but the ingredients are not as good as CPbars. Netrition carries both.

  4. The irony is that I don't even like chocolate and can go years without it.
I am not a chocolate craver!

  5. The very best sugarfree chocolate bars are Ross.

I must confess that I am one of the few weird women who aren't all that crazy about regular chocolate, but, I am wild about white chocolate, that is GOOD white chocolate. A lot of it even with sugar is very blah. These are pure heaven, creamy and smooth, mmmmmm. No BG spikes. Lots of nice fat.

  6. I was surprised to watch you eat that bit of chocolate knowing that chocolate isn't really even your thing! This really has been a hard week/month, hasn't it? Wish I could make it better.

  7. If it's any consolation, watching this was exactly what I needed to remind me that a mouthful/plateful/bellyful of carbs, esp. the plain old sugar candy shit is more than just a mouth rush. Thank you for the jolt, and I hope things smooth out for you. I don't comment here often, but I read every word you write here.

  8. Wow. Well I LOVE chocolate with a passion, but I don't buy any. Problem solved. Take care!
