So now the secret is out forever.
Maybe at one time, wine helped me sleep.
But now I sleep much better without it.
Half a beer with a Double Double
Animal Style, Protein Style.
I had it with Dinner.
Historically, people don’t
drink wine before bed.
That’s not in any routine or ritual.
There’s a couple of reasons for that.
Drinks go best with food.
And alcohol disrupts sleep.
Cheeto Powdered Cheese.
On everything.
I put some splashes of
Glow-In-The-Dark paint
On the curtain pulls.
The face sides and neck shots.
This is why I don’t get many dates.
Here’s me - trying to look “sessy”!
I look like I’ve been shot
And have minutes to live. lol.
