early morning love cat


Lord I love sleep. 
I’m getting quite good at it. 


Walking, too. 



I ate some junk yesterday. 
Pulse went way up. 
It’s like driving a new car
Through a hailstorm. 
Ouch! 

I leave early on Friday to beat the rush. 
But I always end up with more time. 
So why not get some hot coffee. 
And a sausage biscuit. 
No bun. No biscuit.

  1. Oh it's hard to skip that biscuit, especially if you take a small nibble, just to SEE if it really tastes as good as you think it will. The pulse going up with the junk food though, ugh, it's a good reminder though. I also love sleep...I don't track or monitor it though, it was too depressing ha. It's like my daily goal to get things arranged to get a good night's sleep. Magnesium, vitamin D, C2, fish oil, potassium...less afternoon coffee, low/no carb dinner, no after dinner chocolate...(this is not easy, my son and son-in-law visited Europe, and brought back chocolate from Switzerland, sent me home with seven bars, for the kids...well, I'm a kid!)

  2. Eggactly! I’ve been wanting to try little foods I left behind. An English muffin. A candy bar. A beer. (Save that foe kidney stones!) Some gummy bears. It’s been since high school for some of these foods.
    So many foods I didn’t have!
